2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must be legally permitted to use the Arrtist platform under applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must not:

• Create an account using false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing platform restrictions.
• Use another user's account without authorization.

Arrtist reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or otherwise misuse the platform.

4. Artist, Promoter, and Venue Profiles

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide in their profiles.

Artists, Promoters, and Venues must ensure that information such as location, biography, genre, event information, availability, and professional details is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Arrtist may review, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove content or profiles that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may upload photographs, descriptions, event information, links, and other content to Arrtist.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit.

By submitting content to Arrtist, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to use the content.
• The content does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.
• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or misleading.
• The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.

You grant Arrtist permission to use, store, reproduce, and display submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform.

6. Events and Booking Requests

Arrtist may provide features for creating events, expressing interest, submitting booking requests, and managing event-related interactions.

A booking request or interaction through Arrtist does not automatically guarantee that an engagement will take place.

Users are responsible for confirming the details of any engagement, including:

• Date and time
• Location
• Performance or service requirements
• Fees or compensation
• Travel and accommodation arrangements where applicable
• Cancellation terms
• Other mutually agreed conditions

Any agreement between an Artist, Promoter, Venue, or other user is primarily between those parties.

7. Payments and Transactions

Where Arrtist provides payment-related functionality, transactions may be subject to additional terms, fees, processing requirements, and policies.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Arrtist may use third-party payment service providers to process transactions.

Arrtist does not guarantee that every transaction will be completed successfully and is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or other external services.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use Arrtist responsibly and lawfully.

You must not use the platform to:

• Commit or facilitate unlawful activities.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Spam or send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically collect platform data without authorization.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Circumvent platform restrictions or security measures.

9. Platform Moderation and Account Restrictions

Arrtist may, where reasonably necessary:

• Review user accounts and submitted content.
• Remove or restrict content.
• Suspend or deactivate accounts.
• Restrict access to certain platform features.
• Reject or remove profiles that violate platform requirements.

Such actions may be taken to protect users, maintain platform integrity, comply with applicable law, or enforce these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Arrtist may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, media storage, payments, analytics, authentication, and other operational purposes.

The platform may also contain links to third-party websites or services.

Arrtist is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The Arrtist platform, including its branding, design, software, logos, text, graphics, and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Arrtist's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

User-submitted content remains the responsibility of the respective user, subject to the rights granted to Arrtist under these Terms.

12. Disclaimer

Arrtist provides a platform for users to discover and connect with each other.

Arrtist does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of information provided by users.
• The availability or suitability of any Artist, Promoter, or Venue.
• That a booking request will result in an engagement.
• The quality, conduct, performance, or reliability of any user.
• That the platform will always be available or error-free.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into agreements or engagements with other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arrtist shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from:

• User-to-user interactions.
• Events or engagements arranged between users.
• Booking cancellations or disputes.
• Information supplied by other users.
• Third-party services.
• Temporary platform interruptions or technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of another person's rights.

15. Account Termination

You may stop using Arrtist at any time.

Arrtist may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, engages in misuse, creates security risks, or where otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the platform or its users.

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after account termination where appropriate.

16. Changes to the Platform

Arrtist may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform from time to time.

We may also update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, services, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of Arrtist shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts in India.
